Every time I get hungry lately I get really shaky... and if I let it go on for about 30 minutes it'll just get worse. I'll start feeling weak, hot, and sometimes nauseous. Then I'll have a panic attack because I'm feeling strange.

I remember feeling this before a couple years ago and the doctor said it's hypoglycemia and that I should eat or drink something high in sugar when this happens, but it seems to be happening almost every time I get hungry nowadays. I don't know if it's my anxiety causing this or what. It's just really annoying. :\ I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie right now to get rid of my shakes even though I should be eating real food (which I will after I'm done with the cookie).

Anyone else experience this?
